Made a batch of veggie stock to cook the rice in; then, because I cannot help but overcomplicate things, I decided to blend the most palatable cooked veggie scraps into the refried beans (gotta squeeze all the nutritional value ya can outta stuff, y'know?)

Don't burn your brains out trying to hold the contradictory ideas together, now. We wouldn't have a DHS, let alone ICE, acting this way if we had a better culture of Law Enforcement in this nation. And far less bigotry.

ICE is not law enforcement. It's an authoritarian gang. They target suburbs, school zones and quiet neighborhoods for the easy targets and avoid actual crime zones or known criminals in order to avoid putting themselves at risk.
