I truly worry about younger generations anti social behavior. There is a difference between self-care, emotional labor, and an inability to face up to the fact that you simply do not know how to overcome the simplest of pushbacks required to maintain a relationship with someone.

It would be hard to overstate to my cisgender readers how much this vote has damaged the Democratic Party among LGBTQ+ people, who make up 10% of the United States and a larger percentage of the Democratic Party.
Many will never forget it.
It will be a long road to rebuild from here.
