Can y'all PLEASE stop using the phrase "conspiracy theory" to mean any kind of bizarre fantasy, even ones that are LITERALLY IMPOSSIBLE, whether it involves a conspiracy or not?

Why can’t people just take accountably for small mistakes? Yeah it’s embarrassing but you look like an asshole ignoring how your miscommunicated slightly which lead to my confusion. “Yeah I should’ve done that instead, my bad” like I don’t even expect a sorry ffs!
