I looked at which party has gained what due to redistricting changes so far.
By one (crude) measurement, the GOP has inched ahead by 1 to 2 seats. (FL & VA could swing that in either direction.)
But looking at the full universe of rating changes this caused, one measure shows Dems inching ahead.
