Starting a running thread of new music I’m listening to. Goal is one new album a day.

First up, Architects’ first album Hollow Crown. Great stuff. If I’d snagged it in 2009 when it released, it would have become a sizable part of my personality. I can see why Architects has the following they do.

My absolute favorite type of pizza is the Greek-style "house of pizza" variants. People call it mediocre, but nothing compares to me, and I've eaten a LOT of pizza.

A simple pepperoni pie from one of these places is pure, 100% bliss for me.

Doubly so if you have fries or potato skins on the side.

USAID was both morally correct and a huge part of our foreign policy, and that duality is hard for people to grapple with in a sincere way. But if we're going to reconstitute USAID after this shitshow is over, we should think about the pressures that creates and how to mitigate them

Disney World will update the Elsa, Anna and Kristoff animatronics in Frozen Ever After at EPCOT early next year. For the refresh, the animatronics will ditch the projection faces and get a look inspired by the figures featured at World of Frozen in Hong Kong Disneyland.

Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets will open summer 2026 at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Disney has announced.

It will feature the first-ever Scooter animatronic, but Disney has hinted that Scooter might not be the only Muppet animatronic joining the attraction.

Oregon National Guard Adjutant General, General Gronewold says if they are federalized, that he will advise the Title 10 commander to utilize National Guard Troops to PROTECT protesters at ICE facilities. This is the right answer.
