In order to transport this almost an hour away, I will have to ruin this lovely sweet potato casserole by scooping it into a big container. I had to share it in its current pristine form. It's gluten, dairy, and nut free for family diet restrictions and preferences.

I absolutely despise housework. I know it's a necessary evil, because I also don't want to live in filth. But I won't lie, I still want some kind of merit award every time I motivate myself enough to clean the bathroom.

#quiltsky My mom, 85, is a painter. I made this as a wall hanging a few years ago before she moved from her house into a senior living apartment. She has a small art studio there (converted sunroom) and asked that I fashion it into a chair cover with a ruffle for her painting chair.
