I can’t believe I just did that. I was so terrified, but I stuck to my guns and I did it anyway.

Today for the first time in my life, I saw a red flag, called the person out for hurting me, didn’t give in to attempts to justify their behaviour, and respectfully declined further interaction

I’m so proud of myself; I’m literally crying

I just valued myself. I’ve never done that before until now

Okay—if Mastodon is gonna be so painfully slow to refresh on the app, there’s absolutely zero chance of me surviving there. My ADD inherently disallows me from waiting longer than five seconds for my funny feed.
