My first job was designing parts of over the horizon radar systems; this is categorically untrue. Windfarms are static objects that can easily be mapped out using signal processing. Your radar software is looking for fast moving objects and so even the spinning turbines would be ignored.
Burgum: "Today we're sending notifications to the 5 large offshore wind projects that are under construction that their leases will be suspended due to national security concerns ... the Dept of War has come back conclusively that these large offshore wind programs create radar interference"

I don’t drink Vodka so can’t boycott the brand. Does the company produce / advertise anything else?

I live a long way from London but enjoy visiting. Really impressed at how much air quality has improved.
Have seen a number of the ads in this campaign around London.

It's fascinating how heavily targetted it is at the people who come up to London once in December, go to Oxford Street and Winter Wonderland, then spend the rest of the year banging on about how terrible London is.

Diana Ross , Bill Clinton and the Michael Jackson family should put in a defamation claim of $10 billion against the government and Trump and I’m sure the chance of success is much greater than the $5 billion lawsuit issued to the BBC!

What would hurt a bit would be publicly removing her peerage and banning them both from being Directors. At least kick them out of the IoD.
I regret that this is unfortunately true, but Mone did participate in fraudulent trading and as such she would be liable for payment from her personal funds, but I realise this is a long drawn out legal process and I personally would rather she just went to jail for fraudulent practices.

Regrettably, due to slack UK company law, it isn't going to happen unless it can be proved that they withdrew the money from Medpro illegally.

Even then the capital sum would likely not be repayable. Just tax evasion charges.

Of course they knew all this.... Hence the shell companies.

(They are doing fuck all by chanting. A well organised letter writing campaign aimed at elected representatives could likely have had more impact than most any of these marches, but sticking rigorously to the Need To Have This Chant as your battle line is pure self importance)

I agree about the danger of chants, I don’t see them as dangerous.

I don’t think antisemitism is the motivation, more likely moral repugnance about what Israel is doing.

I don’t wish harm to Jews but avoid doing anything that is good for Israel.
Where I perhaps differ from a lot of people is that I wouldn’t ban the chants, and I don’t think the vast majority of the people objecting are motivated by antisemitism, but rather by their own glowing sense of self importance. They are Doing Something by chanting, and that is enough for them.

Weird thinking. The UK doesn’t have a working class in the way it used to.

Successful Labour governments have had a much wider focus than is being argued for here.
OK, I really want to know what exactly is being argued here despite suspecting that I will despise it immensely.

Again and again, the optimal position when legally threatened by Trump is to be resolute in defence and prepare for court.

You will likely not then have to go to court, as he will fold or settle.

But if you seek to settle from the off, he has got you and he will crush you.
Everyone should stand up to this bully.

At the start of the week you are given N email tokens. By default each email you send costs one token with each recipient costing one additional token apiece.

If you run out of token you can only reply.
A rule in mail that would move recipients to BCC above a certain number. Or at least warns e-mail authors, so they can make the conscious choice, just like with forgotten attachments. That is a feature I miss in all e-mail platforms…
