So here's a thing: the case law that makes -basic web searching-, image searching, across-book searching, computational text analysis, etc legal and workable?

There was only one catch, and it was Catch-218, which specified you need to win a majority of the House to be Speaker and a majority of the caucus to run, which you could not achieve without upsetting enough of the caucus that you could no longer win a majority of the House
