One criticism I had of ST:DISCO is that so much dialogue was affirmation. A winning Star Trek formula has 1 emotionally unavailable (Picard) or sarcastic (Bones) main character (see: everyone wanted more Shaw in Picard S3). So at least one of these kids better be a dickhead.

My hottest take re the Nuzzi book is, even if done entirely cynically, had she told her exact story with an "Even I Don't Know What The Fuck I Was Thinking, What A Moron I Am" tone, I reckon people would have lapped it up.

Turns out -- this makes your support bot extremely competent. The quality of its support responses are now far better.

my take on this is that christian nationalists have industrialized producing cannon fodder. At best this student drops out and starts a semi-lucrative podcast in the echo chamber, but in any event they've been polarized to the extent they cannot be a normal person without major deprogramming.
