“A special place in hell…”
To have inflicted that much damage on our country and to be enabled to still strut around, insisting on keeping us trapped in their dead-end of prejudice and failure… well, it’s beyond forgiveness… and sanity.
So, yes. Fuck that. Fuck them.
And cheers to the resistance🥂

A patently stupid and self-destructive idea, pushed by very entitled people who had nothing to lose and Putins disinformation machine and voted for in large part by bigots who thought it would make this country great again.

All to the colossal detriment of the UK.

F*** them all a million times.
Letter to the FT that stingingly sums up Brexit and the shit creek we now find ourselves in.
A terrible idea (naive, prejudiced and uninformed) that has deeply divided us and left us poorer and less secure… but unwilling to face up to the damage we’ve done to ourselves. While the EU moves on.

“3 min read” - but hours spent wondering just how stupid, EU-phobic, anti-democratic and unpatriotic Brexiters can get.
Their own failure has driven them absolutely nuts. (Though Gardiner seems to have been skipping around the edge of the lunacy abyss for quite some time now.)

The worst, most dishonest prime minister we’ve ever had, rocks back and forth in his Daily Mail cubbyhole spewing out idiotic bilge to kid himself that he and his disastrous Brexit weren’t an almighty national fuck-up.

It’s exactly this kind of dismal, prejudiced bollox from the Daily Mail that’s got us into the ruinous Brexit mess we’re in. What a moronic response to us rejoining Erasmus and all the benefits that brings. If they’re really worried about cost, they should push to cancel Brexit altogether.

Good to see a new Government review launched on foreign £ in UK politics.

It should go further though. Last year, I launched a Parliamentary petition to ban ALL private £ in uk politics.
This would be hugely transformative. It got debated in the Commons & a review was mooted.

Keir Starmer has authorised an "urgent" review into the extent of foreign interference in British politics as he prepares to change the law to tighten donation rules.

That’s good news but a full public inquiry into Russian interference in UK politics and democracy is still needed
🚨A Petition calling for a full, public inquiry into RUSSIAN INTERFERENCE IN UK POLITICS AND DEMOCRACY has hit the threshold for a debate, but a debate isn’t automatic. MPs need to show support.

Email your MP NOW & ask them to publicly support the call for a Commons debate
