Role announcement!

I play as Clive Donahue (narrator and protagonist) in Paraspective, a free to play visual novel!

Without saying too much it involves some awesome meta-narrative stuff that keeps you on your toes and leads to the "true" ending. Can you find it?

NEW: Since October 2023, the IDF Spokesperson's Unit has released dozens of 3D animations illustrating alleged Hamas, Hezbollah, and Iranian sites

The style is now unmistakable: satellite zoom-ins, black & white wireframes, and red-textured houses - a new visual language of war

Unreasonably incensed by an advert that describes making a meal out of "leftovers", then proceeds to make a toastie using a new, unopened jar of pasta sauce, some grated cheese, and two slices of sourdough.

Hold up now, because a Commoner only has 4 HP.
So if that's the average, we can assume a Stirge is draining roughly 5-7 on a single schlurp.
The theory still stands, but we're getting MUCH MORE BLOOD FOR OUR MONEY.
sskorkowsky.bsky.social
OK. Last time.
A D&D Stirge detaches after draining 10 HP of blood. Therefore HP are a measurable unit of blood (I estimate 200ml per HP).

Characters with high HP might have hundreds of liters contained in their bodies at high pressure. Even light nicks tend to spray anime-style.
It's science.

No, I will not elaborate.

TFW you paid $1400 to see Beckett’s most famous work without knowing anything about it
One Star Review of Waiting for Godot on Broadway
I recently attended Waiting for Godot on Broadway and spent over $1,400 for two Row C seats (103 and 104). I'm a longtime admirer of Broadway productions and even hold a season pass for Shea's Performing Arts Theatre, so I came in with genuine enthusiasm and high expectations. Unfortunately, this show was unlike anything ! have ever experienced —and not in a good way.
What I encountered was not the artistry, music, or emotional storytelling I usually associate with Broadway, but instead what felt like an endless cycle of nonsensical conversation between characters who seemed trapped in their own madness. I tried-truly tried-to find meaning, symbolism, or even a thread of emotional resonance. I stayed through the first half hoping the second would offer clarity. But by intermission, it was clear: this was a waste of both time and money.
Keanu Reeves is an actor I respect greatly, but I cannot fathom why he would agree to participate in such a disjointed, inaccessible production. His talent was lost in a performance that defied reason rather than provoked insight.
To anyone considering attending: unless you are drawn to highly abstract, nearly incomprehensible theater, I strongly caution you against this show. For the average, educated, thoughtful theatergoer, it is far more frustrating than fulfilling. In my opinion, this was the single most disappointing Broadway experience I've ever had - an unfortunate waste of money and, more importantly, of time.

Getting more and more into the mindset that the only correct response to anyone saying that AI will replace a job is “ah, so you’re a person of little taste and no imagination?”

Lots of love and mouth full of dice, Naomi xoxo
Graphic to introduce Naomi as the new social media manager. There's a smiling close up on a polaroid, an ink drawing of Heike by Sar Cousins and a photo of Naomi on a podcast stage at dragonmeet. A piece of paper has some notes on it. It says "hello" "I'm taking the social media going forward, made HEART an actual play podcast and played heike. Secretly plans to kill grant in a pit trap by 2035"

Blustery day, isn't it? Here's the National Grid: Live generation data. Wind and solar are generating 74.2% of our electricity. Gas is generating 13.1%. And yet our household electricity prices are pegged to... the volatile price of gas. Which is the basis on which the right attacks... renewables.
