There's a couple clips that aren't super clear, but show him shoving someone blocking him and then him walking backwards and falling into a bioswale, losing his phone, getting it again & some sort of mild scuffle as he exits the bioswale. I haven't seem any proof anyone assaulted him.

There is a nationwide magnifying glass on them right now. Their first PR concern the past few months has been to optically distance themselves from federal officers, and more specifically "immigration enforcement."
