I almost knocked an old man off his feet at the gym today and I feel bad. He walked right into my rear delt fly and obviously I can’t see behind me so I didn’t know he was cutting through. So I know it wasn’t totally my fault but I bet he gets a big bruise and I feel guilty.

Kendrick Lamar won the Pulitzer for his work. I say this so maybe, maybe people will grok that when you put a decorated artist of that caliber on the stage, the performance is going to have a backbone to it that, like other Pulitzer decorated art, requires thought, engagement, and serious analysis.
