My relationship with my phone has vastly improved since I’ve started treating it like a demon I’ve summoned. If I feel myself getting sucked in, I try and take a step back and ask am I using it as a tool or is the demon trying to suck my soul out my eyeballs. Sometimes it’s a tool. But mostly 👀
