According to Redditor ‘de_Tylmarande', the game constantly checks if you have all DLCs and bypassing that check will drastically improve performance. The mod will not be made public unless capcom fixes it in the next two updates.

I'm hearing some really disheartening news that Camouflaj, the studio behind Batman: Arkham Shadow, may have been completely laid off, including Ryan Payton and Matt Walker, despite reports saying otherwise.
