I think the thing that frustrates me is that despite being told I can’t really help her the way Shes expecting me to, my coworker keeps frigging trying to demand my attention and help and like. I get it. Shits getting annoyingly heavy for her. But I didn’t have support when I was doing this task

Important correction: this suicide hotline is specifically for trans/NB people to speak to a trans/NB hotline worker. It’s also the Canadian number. The US number they offer is 1-877-565-8860. And it is, again, not a general suicide hotline.
