De ida a la oficina vi un choque entre dos motos que pegó (más) el cruce que combina tránsito saliendo de Circunvalación a la General Cañas y entrando de la Uruca. De regreso, vi otro choque en la salida de la General Cañas hacia Circunvalación entre un cabezal y otro carro que bloqueó todo el paso.

I’ve spent the last month interviewing people expelled to Costa Rica under the “invasion” proclamation.
The treatment they were accorded at the border by CBP is some of the worst I have heard in 6.5 years of interviewing asylum seekers.
Reports to come— some of the hardest I’ve worked on.

I also believe in the converse: if you know a little stuff and are talking to someone who knows a lot about that stuff, you should also make a real effort to take the opportunity to learn more from them!
