My favourite thing about bts info is the reminder that a TV show is a snapshot of a thousand different choices and accidents. There is no monolith to chip away at as a fanwriter, just a grain barrel to sink your hand into for pleasure, or to pick out the pebbles and take something away to cook with.

with a definite s3 they probably wouldn't have gotten back together in s2, probably not until the last 2 eps of the season. it would have been more adversarial at first, maybe trying to kill each other. david talked about the irl stede/ed and how they were going after one another after stede left ed

The 2026 Canada Reads long list just dropped, and there's one book I've already read and loved on it (Foe by Iain Reid) and a bunch more I'm intrigued by! Also, it does my heart good to see how many stories featuring queer characters are on it.

Honestly think that if you pulled twitter from the App Store and shut it down it would fuck up the entire right wing ecosystem at that point. Like the entire media apparatus would fall apart.
