So, paska citrus rolls turned out beautifully (thanks @wheredoeseli.bsky.social for your help!). They're filled with lemon curd, which is very tasty, but next time I think I'll try a sweet citrus butter.

I wonder if one could make a cinnamon bun type object from paska dough.
I shall try it, if I'm ever able to knead dough again. Maybe a citrus filling instead of cinnamon? Definitely keep the frosting and sprinkles.
