Fifteen years ago today, a gunman opened fire while my wife Gabby Giffords met with constituents outside a Tucson grocery store. Six people were killed. Thirteen others were injured – including Gabby. That day changed everything for my family and our community.

A delicious little victory with a side of schadenfreude. In 2012, Wyoming Repubs passed a constitutional amendment guaranteeing healthcare decisions to counter the ACA. Now the state supreme court has struck down their abortion ban based on that constitutional amendment.
