It is not your imagination. The second half of December has been warming more rapidly than the first half in the Mount Holly (NWS) area since 1991. It's almost to the point where there is no distinction anymore.

Our first snowfall of the winter is in the books! Along with measurable snow in the far-northern part of the state (especially at higher elevations), the weather system that affected the entire state from November 20th-22nd provided our first widespread, significant precipitation in months. (1/6)
