Has anyone else ever had an experience with the USPS “tendering to return service”? I’m trying to get a package returned to me, but it seems like they farmed it out to a private company, and I have no idea which. It’s basically just lost now.

The desire for self destruction is the desire to be free from suffering. The desire to be free from suffering is a seed that can be cultivated into self compassion. Recognizing that self destructive behavior can be a result of the desire to be free from suffering can be lead to self compassion.
