Just months out from the 2026 midterms, the DOJ is aggressively ramping up efforts to gain access to all states' unredacted voter rolls. Experts suggest there’s a large, dangerous goal behind the effort: establishing federal control of elections. https://bit.ly/49DGvGz

I don’t know about you, but—during this 250th anniversary year—I’m not going to stay quiet while Trump and his regime lies, steals, cheats, abuses, commits crimes, trashes our Constitution & imagines their cruelty & hate in any way represents America. I’ve had a little break and I’m ready to fight.

My first review of 2026!
Our information infrastructure pretends neutrality when in reality it runs on amplifying bias.
Nothing threatens our civilization more than these opaque, unchecked, monopolysed public opinion machines.
I always wondered why everyone uses a similar YouTube thumbnail with a grabby headline and a side-by-side. I just learned that the YouTube algorithm is friendly to them, and they get better placement so your message can reach a larger audience. youtu.be/i4XyiYKgjvY?...

Mamdani: I have been told that this is the occasion to reset expectations, that I should use this opportunity to encourage the people of New York to ask for little and expect even less. I will do no such thing. The only expectation I seek to reset is that of small expectations.

For those who have been led to believe that this year’s flu vaccine doesn’t work, this isn’t the case.

ER visits and hospital admissions are reduced by 72–75% in children and adolescents, and by 32–39% in adults.

Smith: He was getting calls from people he trusts, people he relies on—and he still refused to come to the aid of the people at the Capitol. That’s very important evidence for criminal intent in our case.

At the start of 2025, we knew this movement would play a pivotal role in the fight against authoritarianism.

Still, we’re blown away by the level of commitment and dedication you have shown throughout a difficult year.

Thank you for reminding the regime that power still belongs with the people.

Damning proof of criminal guilt.

“Out of touch” isn’t it.

A president who gilds the Oval Office in gold, slaps his own name on a cultural institution, tears down the East Wing for his own vanity project, and then tells us the affordability crisis is all in our heads.

It’s not out of touch; it’s contempt for the people he governs.

The last five decades have been marked by an explosion in wealth inequality and a growing distrust of America’s institutions.

Many Americans believe that the system as a whole is rigged against them.

Every time Republicans can’t fix what’s actually broken, they go looking for a new group to blame. Right now, it’s Somali communities. It’s a hateful and unnecessary distraction and our country deserves better.

Politicians are now saying the way to fix democracy is to have less of it. Give all the power to one elected person who can do whatever they want until we try to remove them. Cool. That's not worrying at all.
