I lost my first shoe size within 3 months of starting HRT, it was literally my first visible sign that it was working. A year later I lost another. It was wild, I agree.

I think the thing that really finally broke my shell was when I stopped worrying about being cringe. A year after that point, I started HRT.

Les Mills Combat 104 = 44 minutes, max HR 168, avg HR 146, 441 calories burned, 10 minutes in the peak zone. It's been a while since I've seen more than a couple minutes in the peak zone and now the last 2 cardios had 10 minutes each. That is nice progress. Is it HRT related progress? I wonder.

I have a second pair of prosthetics, but normally don't like wearing them because they're smaller and don't have realistic skin texture. I'll be honest, if I can get this large after HRT, I wouldn't be upset.

I've have a few friends show me the prices for their hrt and everytime the price is like 20% of what I get on benefits a month.
I cant really afford it well enough to justify it.

Gonna be honest.
Seeing how little HRT has helped me makes me hella dysphoric. Like it has barely done what I was hoping for.
More than likely because the NHS literally gave me the smallest amounts and never changed it based on new results.

Checkup call before blood glucose test - Doctor was like 'we dont recommend HRT for more than 5 years' and I was so confused like oh no are they gonna cut me off but no she thought I was cis taking it LOL??? first time not getting voice clocked i guess I swear doctors do NOT communicate

It's an incredible feeling being able to look in the mirror and genuinely love my own reflection. Before I started HRT, I hated that face. 2 years in and I feel beautiful when I see myself, even with moustache shadow lingering. Not to downplay the therapy also involved either but gods damn I'm hot!
