I was going to make a joke about using "The Hunting of the Snark" but then I realized, depending on the personal philosophy of the person writing the letter, it might be oddly perfect.

I had it once or twice before I developed my gluten intolerance and it was just barely fine and I only had it because I hadn't ever eaten it before and I have to say it isn't one of the things I miss being able to eat tbh. Boojum so much better but I can't eat burritos from there anymore 😭

It almost certainly scored about 4-7 out of ten for authenticity, but La Salsa was THE spot in Galway to get a steak burrito - and I mean an actual piece of steak that was diced, fried on a griddle and served just for you — none of this pre-made slow cooked Boojum nonsense.
