took a bit, but wrote this absurd tool to help me parallelize searching across my various storage directories/drives.
for extra cheeze, it does an `ls` first (super fast, shallow), then runs `fd` (deep). and it de-dupes from fd results anything found by ls.

There are some eggs and 1 package of pre-shredded cheeze blend to 4 pounds macaroni. Enough to call it macaroni and cheese, but too little to be anything but cruelty.
