TLで見かけるLong COVID関連の投稿を見て、改めて思う事があるのですが「なんで自分が？」「～しただけなのに」という声を多く感じられます。

本来は情報が集まり統計も取っている政府が強く注意喚起をしなければいけないのですが、望まぬ形で感染症分類が5類に移行し、自らの欲求を優先し正常性バイアスや確証バイアスに陥り、その行動を選択したのは彼らなのかもしれません。

そして、残念ながら、現実を直視せず楽観的な希望で自らをごまかす行為ではLongCovidは治りません。

Sars-Cov2などウイルスは人類にとって忖度など全くしてはくれないのです。

That's why long covid can be so varied causing at least 200 possible symptoms.

Wenn man Influenza rausnehmen könnte, würde man es noch deutlicher sehen. Das ist der Unterschied zu Covid postpandemisch: Wenn die echte Grippe mutiert, dann gibt es mehr schwere Verläufe. Bei den neuen Varianten von SARS-CoV2 passiert das nicht (mehr), das hat sich mit Delta aufgehört.

Then I did a deep dive reading about the cool VSB school streets program & emailed the principal to be like "hi, can we get this here too?" I don't have the spoons to take this on in addition to SARS-CoV2. Sorry I'm that mom. Why can't things just be safe for kids??

Bottom line: Covid is a multi-system disease not only a respiratory disease. That's why Long COVID can be so varied causing at least 200 possible symptoms. Every time you get COVID, you run the risk of developing Long COVID. It isn't a binary condition, it is multi-systemic injury. That happens every time you catch it to some degree. We don't know why it cripples some people, only that it does. Vaccines help prevent Long COVID, but not nearly as much as repeat infections increase the risk of it. There is no cure for Long COVID.

I have family & friends who think I’m “over the top” about Covid & it’s time to move on. I’m not perfect in how I manage viruses, but I know a f*ck ton more than I used to & I wouldn’t step a foot in some places w/o a mask. I get eye rolled at all the time. I don’t GAF. It’s dangerous out there.

2/6 SARS-CoV2 verursache weiterhin häufiger Folgeschäden wie zum Beispiel Long COVID als eine typische saisonale Influenza. Wir könnten uns auch häufiger im Jahr damit infizieren als üblicherweise mit Influenza.
