We need to talk about how DC Comics is historically the more “conservative” kind of comics while Marvel was the “progressive” stories. So it says A LOT that Disney’s MCU has been self-censoring itself to appease MAGA and Trump while WB’s DCCU is totally okay with Gunn’s messaging.

Zach "Dark and Gritty" Snyder never understood superheroes, and especially not Superman. WW 1 and Shazam 1 were created by people who DO understand superheroes, which is why they are the only DCCU movies that are actually good. (WW2 was unfortunate, but, still better than the rest. The rest sucked.)
