Creative Outlet: YouTube allows me to write and put things out in the world that will always exist. I spend a lot of time in my mind and it would pain me to keep everything inside. It's fulfilling to take these jumbled thoughts and make them into a piece that people enjoy.

Very nice, will give it a go on a folder. Would be nice if it could also be used to check already named episodes s01e01 to make aure, or suggest am alternative. I also have had a lo of series where most files are ok, but some discs somehow have them jumbled, sometimes inverted order....

my current workplace is more or less forcing us to use AI for 'efficiency' - doing a bunch of jumbled hotfixes to get something out in production to show clients is more important than long term maintenance

Well, the scale would not have worked when I was younger because the things they describe were much more of a jumbled experience. Now they will still somewhat blend into each other but each state feels more distinct and stable.
States 7 and above are cumulative. So 10 includes 7, 8, and 9.

This scale would not have worked when I was younger as my bipolar states were much more volatile and less distinct. I credit the change to weekly psychotherapy for most of the past forty years. Some signs, like rapid, pressured speech, that were common in my youth, seem to have disappeared.
That substack interview includes the scale I use.
It is a 12 rather than a 10 point scale because above 10 is psychotic and below 1 is actively suicidal. I have only been psychotic once, and despite a fair deal of suicidal thinking in the past, I have thankfully never been actively suicidal.

Toree's Panic Pack - On Hold
An interesting take on the gameplay of Toree 3D and 2, but falls flat in multiple areas. Genesis just felt like more Toree 2, which is fine. Jumbled Jam was frustratingly difficult and I'm dreading having to 100% it. Missions is just all over in a lot of aspects

It's ridiculous how useless Google has become. I've taught myself many things that I had no knowledge of just using Google and critical thinking about finding good sources. The search results now are just a jumbled wreck and half or more of them contain mis/disinformation even for mundane topics.

I've only ever gotten decent use out of a whiteboard if it's really big; the small one I have just gets jumbled & a mess so fast I quit for a week or two and then I have to try and erase and start over. Now it lives behind my office door, on the floor. Sigh.
