On the 19th, I tried to fly the RNAV 16 approach at Orcas Island- everything appeared normal until I was joining the final approach segment, at which point the GPS briefly deleted my CDI and gave me a message telling me I had to use LNAV minimums. Raised my MDA by 120’.

LP I need to especially focus on just me and my health this year if I can to get better and back to the way I used to be, without too many commitments to other folks. My mental/physical health gradually took a nose dive and its showing itself this winter for sure.

OMG! I mentioned this #LP in therapy today. We were talking about my evolving relationship with music and I mentioned that after 9/11/01 I couldn't listen to music for a couple of years. Then when I opened my CD player after that, the disc in it was Things We Lost In The Fire.
