From earlier today at the ICE facility in Portland, OR:

There was a group of physicians and doctors protesting across the street from the ICE facility as another march arrived- a protest the organizers called “Degenerates Against Fascism” which invited Pets, Furries, kinksters and allies.

Voting is open for the Mardi Gras board, and I encourage everyone to sign up to become a member and vote!

There is a Zionist push to keep Mardi Gras in the hands of cops and weapons manufacturers. Pride in Protest have been campaigning to return Mardi Gras into grassroots hands.

Ahh, November, when my DMs are suddenly full of all my hottest Sydney queers reminding me to vote for Pride in Protest at the Mardi Gras AGM

Becoming a member is easy, and if you are unable to afford the membership fee, Pride in Protest may be able to cover some of the costs for you.

The sign up headline is 15 November, so please do it now!

If you're already a member, make sure that your membership won't lapse before 29 November

Another day, another opportunity to protest!
It’s time to get louder America. Call your friends, bring music & have a little fun waking the sleeping masses!

80% of our cars were honking & waving. It was beautiful!

I’ve watch this countless times & every time, my pride swells.

Its your turn youngins’—I’m 73, attended my first protest at 17 during the Vietnam War & activism became a lifelong passion. I’ll continue to fight alongside you for our human rights—I’m counting on you to do the heavy lifting now.💙
YASSS! I can’t wait 2 hear numbers of voter turnout. Prop 50 will pass, Mamdani will win. New Jersey will be close n delayed but Blue will win. Virginia blue wins. This is what has been whispered. #vote #voteblue

OSRS BlueSkyers 🦋, our good friend @sagemistress.bsky.social needs your 🫵 help.

If you have any footage 📽️ from the Priot in OldSchool RuneScape - the protest against Jagex' CEO Mod North, Jon Bellamy, for cancelling this year's Pride 🌈 event - please let Sage know.

Pride belongs in Gielinor 🌈.
I've decided I'm not really too interested in streaming nor do I really have the time for it at this point, but I do have a really good video idea that I wanna make and as far as I know no other #osrs #runescape creator has specifically covered this topic. That said, anyone have videos from priot?

Add the word BREAKING, an alarm emoji, a protest photo, and confident language, and the post looks credible. Large accounts know their audience trusts them. Few readers verify what they share. The bigger the reach, the more credible it seems.

14/ Perhaps, Paul, you think Arango and the Miami so-called TERFS (a term I despise, they are not feminists!!) had a bigger IRK presence than online?

Pedro tells me that "Jose's counter protest at Miami Beach Pride had only 2 people."

I am not picking on Arango. But he represents a danger

The one consistent thing I can see is that mods seem to be monitoring people who post over on /r/ProcreateProgressives, an offshoot subreddit that started up in protest of the mods’ deletion of pride posts. There, people are compiling a record of their banned political artwork and mod messages

The police will have the power to make it a criminal offence to cover your face at a public protest if Labour’s proposed policing bill becomes law, putting LGBTQIA+ people attending Pride events in danger of being outed
New police powers could criminalise wearing a mask at Pride

I turned on the TV last night with a cautious optimism. Now I am filled with a mix of excitement, pride and hope after seeing that people all across the country have not only taken to the streets in mass to protest, but also showed up at the ballot to send a message!
And, as an added bonus, @statenavigate.org is now projecting Dems with 62 seats (out of 100) in the VA House of Delegates (even more amazing when you consider that Dems had only 34 seats heading in to the 2017 elections). Wow, what a night! bluevirginia.us/2025/11/live...

The word “contested” does the heavy lifting. It narrows the claim just enough to sound precise while implying a total loss. Most people skim, miss the qualifier, and repeat “none won” as fact.

like sure there are exceptions, i have some great d*dger mutuals! but we’ve all seen how the general fanbase at large reacts. there’s no reason to believe they’re capable of holding anyone accountable for anything. the protest at d*dger stadium in 2024 was against pride night, not for it.

2/3. The community of Petoskey comes out to support so many groups. It is amazing for a small town in northern Michigan that there are always Ukrainian flags, Pride flags, and lots of American flags #Michigan #Petoskey

Reminds me of what was the coverage of 100k+ trans pride protest in middle of london: two instances of drawings with chalk. That's all.

Some people are just delusional

Those who protest their pride in being British might better expend their energies, not on putting up flags, but rooting for what really does (did) make Britain Great and respected in the world, starting with the BBC World Service and the British Council.

Unlike covering a pride protest or a march, this was the first time I was interviewing queer Texans who were not part of a demonstration of any kind. Just regular Texans from small towns who loved their partners.
