#Regurgitation
i feel like in trying to experience everything to some extent ive only really experienced nothing

what am i if not a surface level regurgitation of everything that's come before me

theres a constant sense of self-aware frustration and anger that underlies everything i find any amount of joy in

There is some solace in the fact that if you are going to stick AI-Slop into your (pre-print) academic paper, you are required to reference the infantile name that some techbro has given their image regurgitation machine... Nano Banana, FFS

Mic drop moment from #3dechoberlin:

“There is currently no data showing the superiority of 3D assessment over 2D in the assessment of tricuspid regurgitation”

A reminder that prettier doesn’t mean better…

I suppose trying to explain the difference between “global warming” and “state(s) warming” would be futile…?

This is just a regurgitation of/variation on the same old tired line always used by opponents of environmental regulation.

Both are a homogenizing regurgitation of stale old shit, so. No surprises there
I am making a little hobby out of spotting AI written books served to me by Amazon recommendations and so far there is a pretty strong correlation between AI and right-wing politics.

Put yourselves in the oh so important Views perspective here. We scroll only to see the same exact pundit take or joke over and over in our feeds word for word with the same exact screenshots that were just on television on whatever popular show or movie. That is NOT content. It's regurgitation.

[violence-regurgitation is violence too]

I was having a look at my TOE archives to organize some teaching, and came across this impressive jet of mitral regurgitation that seems to run all the way along the roof of the huge left atrium to reach the other wall.

💬 Viewpoint: The TRILUMINATE Pivotal trial demonstrated quality-of-life improvement with transcatheter tricuspid repair, but effects on mortality and heart failure hospitalization were unclear or confounded by high crossover rates and open-label design.

people like this despise humanity and are the regurgitation of fascist racial nationalist sentiment, so it's very easy for them to reject that which doesn't fit their fantasy

But deeper than that is having the intuition that certain forms of text, if generated as novel text rather than regurgitation, imply that the generator is probably self aware. If you think all texts *could* be based on mimicry and therefore all outputs are zero evidence I am unlikely to persuade.

Comments about "unhealthy body types" in Star Trek is just the latest regurgitation of "why is there a woman I don't want to fuck in your show/film/game/kids cartoon?"

"Unique ideas" = "other ideas churned up by an LLM and spit back out"

LLMs inherently cannot generate content that is outside of their dataset, at best they are a regurgitation machine.. which explains why all these remake/remaster companies salivate over the tech so much.
January 23, 2026 at 12:23 AM
The machine does not think, it sorts. It has been programmed to group certain words together but it does not know the meanings or associations of any of the words because it does not have a mind. That's what i mean by use without regard to meaning. It's regurgitation, not writing

Just asking the crowd what was the factual content of trumps gaslighting speech? Or was it just his usual bravado and a regurgitation of his wet dream grievances…..?

Il a atteint son peak de gauche et d'écriture comique sauf que son public de 2014-2016 veut encore du mépris de classe et de la mauvaise régurgitation de cours d'écriture stylistique, donc il flop plus ou moins.

Thats always their strategy when the evidence is against them. Hageman was so smug in her regurgitation of misinformation. I don't get those 5 minutes back & neither do you ☠️
January 22, 2026 at 7:59 PM
And in doing so you further divide and sow division and cannot even comprehend the impacts of this regurgitation of such to a young populace.

Vomit. Vomit, vomit, vomit.

Just like the shitty genAI regurgitation they're peddling.
Not only is this game (Knight’s Path) using GenAI for “development” but their social media account is run by a total chud. Fuck em

Hometown hero.

This gallery is next to my workplace, so I walk past every day and have seen the exhibit. The politest thing I can say is, "I don't get it" — but TBH it seems massively unimpressive. A supposed artist used an environmentally lethal plagiarism-and-regurgitation engine to produce THIS?
Meet the Alaska Student Arrested for Eating an AI Art Exhibit
A conversation with Graham Granger, whose combination of protest and performance art spread beyond campus. “AI chews up and spits out art made by other people.”

Jack Smith is about to testify to the House Judiciary Committee
Jim Jordan has opening statements which this far have been a regurgitation of all the biggest lies of the past 10 years.

Is the press even bothering to ask Bondi about prosecuting not just the ICE shooter, but the ones who have been caught on films committing crimes?

Or why they haven't even bothered to dribble out any Epstein files for a month now?

Or is it just regurgitation of the talking points going forward?
