The reason why every day life can be so overwhelming for Autistic folks is not because their autism is bad. It's because our world is set up to be as unaccommodating as possible to anything that strays from an extremely narrow "normal" that doesn't actually exist.

Unlike some other mental difficulties, I feel like autism is almost entirely made 'bad' because of environmental issues. It goes beyond living in a very unaccommodating society, it feels hostile at times. I can't speak for people with ADHD but I'm curious how they feel they fall into this. Pls cmnt!

As much as I love video games a lot of them are so blatantly inconsiderate / unaccommodating to people with even the slightest of motion sickness that I can't recommend them even if I myself do not get motion sickness

honestly I think the issue is that the game is so unaccommodating for people who just wanna play one specific way outside of hosting private lobbies; if online lobbies were divided into like "tour" lobbies that rely on the intermissions and lap lobbies that only rotate lapped tracks it'd be perfect
