One of social media’s rare redeeming qualities is the unhinged chaos of Facebook groups like this Princess Diana memorial group
If the Catholic Church child sex abuse scandal came out now rather than years ago it would be memefied if the Epstein files are anything to go by

Still thinking about how they had Conor MacGregor at the White House for St. Patrick's Day last year, an administration so pro-sexual abuse on principle they looked at the calendar and went "let's see, who's an Irish rapist"

there is absolutely zero evidence of any connection between Jeffrey Epstein and Alan Shatter, and there's no reason anyone would think there would be except both Epstein and Shatter are Jewish. there are Irish politicians who've provably been in the same room as Epstein. Shatter isn't one of them

this screenshot is not from the Epstein files. this is an itinerary from a visit of former US Attorney General Eric Holder to the EU. the claim that this is Epstein's itinerary originated with a "news" account on X called The Flare (@/TheFlareNews) that's since deleted the tweet featuring the claim

While my sympathy is limited, a 23 year old tech nerd with likely no media experience giving cringey answers to the FT about working 90 hour weeks and eating steak is probably less deserving of our dunks than the billionaires and VCs that have convinced him this is how he must live to be valued.

“Straight cringe” and it’s about the state smearing a murdered person as a terrorist.

This woman is a parody of Beltway journalists.

I know everyone (including me) gives off about Americans not resisting their govt but it goes without saying that the people of Minneapolis are the exception and no-one can say a bad word about them

Alex from our time working together, while he was in nursing school. Later, he moved to ICU, working as a nurse to support critically ill Veterans. He had such a great attitude. We’d chat between patients about trying to get in a mountain bike ride together. Will never happen now

Walz having to basically plead with Minnesotans not to take up arms against the federal government. That’s the extent of the breakdown of political authority in the United States.

Alex Pretti, the man killed by federal agents today in Minneapolis, appears to have been a registered nurse, an athlete, a son and a brother, with ties to Colorado and Wisconsin.

Here is a photo he used for several accounts.

At the end of the day, the Black Lives Matter era was about whether people should be killed in the street, and lots of people decided yeah and put those little blue flags on their cars. It spread to everyone because it stopped for no one.
