me gustó mucho este EMOM, lleva lo que me gusta del cross, es trabajo constante y si escoges bien el peso, no te fatiga. puedes completarlo e incluso descansar y volverlo amrap.

ปีที่แล้ว เล่น group class ที่สตูดิโอ (ชื่อสตูมีคำว่า pilates แต่มันฟีล lagree/circuit มากกว่า เพราะให้เล่นทั้งบน rowformer + ใช้ dumbbell ด้วย) พอยกเวทแบบ AMRAP/EMOM มันก็เล่นน้ำหนักได้ไม่เยอะ ยกหนักสุดก็ 10kg ท่าขา 8kg ท่าแขน อะไรงี้

พอปลายปี เปลี่ยนมาเข้าฟิตเนสแทน กล้ามคือฟูขึ้นจริง!! แล้วยกได้หนักกว่าที่คิดไว้มาก เพราะอุปกรณ์เอื้อด้วย
แต่เนื่องจากนี่มีแค่ดัมเบลโง่ๆ 5kg ปรับนน.ไม่ได้ เลยเล่นถึงจุดนึงมันชน plateau หยุดโต มีวันนึงไปนอนโรงแรม ใช้ฟิตเนส ลองเพิ่มน้ำหนัก กลับมาคือฟูเลย อิจฉาคนไปฟิตเนสอยู่
ถ้าเพิ่มน้ำหนักได้ เพิ่มดีกว่า เสียเวลาน้อยกว่ากันเยอะ

100%. esp promoters. you're either into it or not. and I'd rather do one amazing gig a year, or try stuff out at an EMOM, than waste my energy convincing people I'm worthwhile.

Reset my 10,000 swings counter. Trying to progress it smartly and avoiding burning myself out.

First a complex of power clean, hang power clean & hang squat clean. Heaviest was 125lbs

Then 20:00 EMOM, 4 rounds:
1. 20 kettlebell swings 70lbs
2. 12 toes to bar
3. 15 push press 75lbs
4. 15 calories on bike*
5. 100m run
