I do creature designs for myself - and a whole lot of worldbuilding, though much of it is just a hobby.

Sometimes I will do paleoart or something else but most of the time, its just my own personal species, the Dracoghouls as I call them.
A scene composed of various feral Naric draconians (Dracoghouls) in the middle of an established trailer park with a ventilated warehouse containing a generator, a water tank, a fridge and a bunch of building materials for construction. It is set in a tropical, wet area. There is a table with a map of a planned draconic colony, an open journal, a stack of two books, planks of wood, and a cup. Between the tables are a white feathered draconian with pink head plumage and purple feathered wings holding a pencil to decide something from their head on the left, a green-scaled draconian on the right grasping a hammer that wears a coat. Both of the dragons are standing upright rather than on the ground. Surrounding both of the drakes are three other draconians hauling materials or planning alongside with the focal characters in question. A bald eagle looks over a flooded river, with an entrapped "island" containing two Columbian mammoths, a matriarch and her adolescent child. It is set roughly in the Pleistocene epoch. A scene in which a highly reflective, glowing capsule-shaped spacecraft is spotted from a larger space station in space. There are no stars visible due to the way the “camera” would be exposed. The main subject in question - a non-humanoid alien dragon wearing a spacesuit, holds on to a support bar with some tethering back to the main station. An upright sophont gorgonopsian (or gorgonopsid; a synapsid/mammal-like reptile with saber teeth) with a headphone and microphone speaks in a lecture demonstrating ecological collapse in Permian Earth (shown with the continent of Pangea) from their own causes, which is projected at the back of the large lecture room of a theatre. In the foreground are two of the same gorgonopsian students or viewers of the climate lecture given by the lecturer, with only their heads visible in the composition. Other parts of the composition include a laptop with a small server computer, surround audio with two large speakers between the image projection, an exit door and a window with closed curtains to hide the daylight.

Had to re slice some things on my arctops model for printing at life size scale, so I took the opportunity to sculpt in some finer details. We'll see how these transfer to the print, and whether I shoulda overstated them more ;)

Tonight’s flocking-together #Paleostream was nothing but synapsids, three gorgonopsians in a row (Dinogorgon, Viatkogorgon, and Njalila) and then the Pleistocene South American horse Hippidion. #paleoart #sciart #permian #pleistocene

The bottom gorgonopsian is a bust of the newly named Njalila, just yawning. The two Hippidion that take up most of the paper are a pair of stallions fighting in the open habitats of the high Andes. One of them is in the process of kicking the other’s snout, likely breaking the long nasal bone characteristic of this genus. In the distance, a Spectacled Bear stands up to get a better view of the battle.

Hi, I make a bunch of personal art for myself, could be an offhand idea or palaeoart (paleoart)

I also do work on a ton of characters - mostly of my own original species. I am also working (slowly) to finish up an ambitious personal work of their world. (They're not here tho, but I do WIP updates)

A Duonychus (therizinosaur with two claws instead of three) snapping a grown branch close to the ground in a forest background. A nonspecific 'deltatheroidean' mammal (typical Mesozoic mammal sized like a typical modern rodent) passes by through the branches, used as to measure the size (roughly) of the creature - that it isn't as giant as Therizinosaurus. Today is my birthday.

I've seen some of these posts that ask people to share some of their work around their birthdays and I thought of just doing the same since I don't have much to do on this platform atm.

So if you can, idk, have some engagement in the meantime and repost this somewhere.

A set of alien ruins located on a frozen world (the "most distant" planet located in the Sol system), with building structures being laid with frozen ice, some of it has also collapsed due to accumulated permafrost and ice over the years. There's liquid on the surface of this world, but it is not water but something similar to liquid methane (sort of like the one in Titan). Despite it being in daylight, the sun is distant (yet visible) enough that it does not receive the light that the atmosphere receives that it is perceived as part of an eternal night, surrounded by clouds. Almost blocking it is the planet's largest moon. An upright sophont gorgonopsian (or gorgonopsid; a synapsid/mammal-like reptile with saber teeth) with a headphone and microphone speaks in a lecture demonstrating ecological collapse in Permian Earth (shown with the continent of Pangea) from their own causes, which is projected at the back of the large lecture room of a theatre. In order. My favorite piece was from Art Fight (character's owner is in the alt text)... but I really don't like looking back at old stuff.

In the background are stars, a nebula cloud and two stars close to her - namely the binary Alpha Centauri stars. An upright sophont gorgonopsian (or gorgonopsid; a synapsid/mammal-like reptile with saber teeth) with a headphone and microphone speaks in a lecture demonstrating ecological collapse in Permian Earth (shown with the continent of Pangea) from their own causes, which is projected at the back of the large lecture room of a theatre. A pack of ten Dracoghouls (Nari), all composed of either having slings, spears or even a torch, hunt down a crocodilian-like creature nicknamed the Barklamak Beast by them. The Barklamak Beast flips its tail and looks upward in confusion of an incoming orange ghoul holding up a small stone axe. The ghouls themselves either crawl on their four limbs (as they also are capable of doing so - but prefer bipedal movement where available), leap towards the head of the beast or walk steadily to pounce on the giant creature. Their intent of course, is to hunt down a giant creature that has been tormenting their village and clan for a few weeks. Background-wise, it is set in a floodplains river.

Sophont gorgonopsids grappling their own climate crisis at the end of the Permian period (and the impending volcanoes). I kinda want to see a cli-fi story that is based on the Silurian hypothesis thing mirrors humanity's woes.
