They specialise in delicate, intimate harmony singing backed by equally understated and classy instrumental work from Debbie's concertina or Stu's mandolin, guitar, bass or fiddle, and their refreshingly contemporary acoustic style is matched here by a fascinating set of songs. Stu is also an experienced music producer and engineer who has worked with artists including Show of Hands and Faustus. Three times nominated in the BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards and double winners of the Spiral Earth Awards Megson draw heavily on their Teesside heritage to create a truly unique brand of folk music.
