Pleased to see a paper from the SIT crowd on individual differences in being groupy.

IMO, SIT has long dismissed individual differences in group behaviour, in ways that set back our understanding.
Who cares about groups? The Group Orientation Scale measures differences in the general motivation for group belonging and concern for group goals
