I am in the mid-Atlantic and have always lived in the BosWash, but I'm now outside DC so I deal with both kinds. When I was a kid, we had more/bigger storms in NJ and we knew how to prep. We had SNOW CHAINS on our tires. I think people who aren't experienced with this stuff should prep to stay home

No one reads books. None has sold enough to have any impact outside a small audience of political insiders who already knew what they were going to say anyway. These books are vanity projects and promotional tools and ways for companies to funnel money via irrational advances to the political class.
I don’t think any of the books by Democrats rehashing what happened in 2024 has been helpful politically to the people who wrote them.
