The Alaska trip is still have a negative affect on me.

The week after the trip I was jet lagged and couldn't fall asleep until 11 or 12. Tough when you wake up at 6.

Then I noticed a cold starting which was only made worse by a week of terrible sleep.

I'm still struggling to get over this cold.

There's very specific times when using it are helpful, but overall I think it robs you of your ability to think and analyze. I see students use it at school and I think it's robbing people of their humanity. I hate it.
