I am getting multiple reports that the Trump admin is NOT complying with the court order requiring passport updates for transgender people.

Some passport agencies are being told not to give trans people passports with their correct gender marker, for now.

Following up on this. I attended an emergency appointment today at the Seattle passport office (I travel to Scotland on the 30th). They will not issue any passports currently. All passports with this 'issue' are currently on hold. If people apply, their passport applications will be in stasis.
