this is a _skill_ you can _develop_ and it starts by paying attention to people who are not you.

you need to be as empathetic as humanly possible, you need to really, truly understand what's driving _everyone around you_. there are hundreds of people right now you could be observing, quietly.

It's something every human is capable of, it's aggression we have because we are animals, and there are ways to let it out consensually with people who need to satisfy the same pulsions. Such is life that we all have needs, and kinks, and upsetting feelings.
