Good news everybody!

My liver enzyme numbers are finally back in range!

It just took over two and a half months after my last chemo. Which in good news means all the things I am doing is helping, but also means all the things I am doing is helping.

Welp, that was a hard therapy session.

I don't think my therapist was prepared for me to name off so many different weight loss programs that my mom was in during the 90s.

I didn't grow up with an almond mom, because nuts were expensive and only for holidays.

Also the food shelf didn't have them.

I have an ice cream machine with a compressor and cleaning it is a pain.

It is great for when I want to make ice cream and I can put hot mix into it which is a huge time save but cleaning it is the sticking point.
