It's a difference between how Linux and Windows adjust the system clock. There is a setting in Linux that will change it to use the same base as Windows.

Had to reboot into Windows to do a thing, and made a couple of Bluesky posts from there. Posts were getting zero interactions, I couldn't understand why. Turned out the system clock was wrong, and I was making posts into the past.
