ACECO's slogan of "Redefining Demolition" has never called to mind the demolition of Democracy, yet today, with ACECO backhoes plastered across news articles about the unexpected, and likely illegal, demolition of the walls of the East Wing of the White House today, I believe we are watching Demolition be Redefined in real time, at least with regard to ACECO's reputation.

From ACECO's extensive government work, including for Trump's first inauguration, you must know that the White House does not belong to one man: it belongs to We, The People, with the National Park Service as its steward. I cannot begin to imagine what permits Mr. Trump may have cooked up, after apparently lying on camera in July when he said that his privately financed ballroom "won’t interfere with the current building. It won’t be. It’ll be near it but not touching it — and pays total respect to the existing building, which I’m the biggest fan of." Perhaps you are no more surprised than I am that the President lied, but this is a lie that ACECO is now complicit in, and will be forever associated with.

Oh, they have ACECO doing the demolition, they're out of Silver Spring Maryland and they tend to get the *good* contracts with Clark and Whiting and Turner (Big money $$$)
Guess that explains why they've got the pricier Volvo's, Trump didn't spare any of our tax dollars on *this* vanity project.
