Putting a Democrat with a Nazi tattoo in the Senate normalizes Naziism in our federal politics for a long ass time.

All these recent stories about secret Nazi group chats? Anytime that happens going forward will be met with "But Platner."

It's not a purity test. Think through the consequences.

Now he's staying at home and I think a lot of his fellow panelists should be getting pret-ty nervous right about now.

So this is going to give quite a few people some sleepless nights.

The Senate stacked a whole bunch of nominees into one hearing so that each one would only get a few questions. Ingrassia was expected to suck up all the Dem questions.
Welp, nobody's doing anything about it so I guess he can do it. I wonder what the extremist SCOTUS would say about it.

it is weirdly shocking that he can just ... tear down a big chunk of the White House. Like, motherfucker, you don't *own* the place.
NEW: After The Washington Post reported Monday on the demolition of the "East Wing facade," a new picture obtained by Law Dork that was taken on Tuesday shows that a substantial portion of the entirety of the East Wing has been demolished.

Lawsuit points out that if Johnson can delay swearing-ins indefinitely, he could essentially deny election outcomes by burning through a chunk of the newly elected lawmaker's term

I’m old enough to remember when Trump said he’d take a salary of $1 a year as president.
this is going to be a partisan take but i dont think the president should be allowed to give himself $230M in taxpayer money

Please tell me why the Senate DEMS voted to confirm Trump nominees today?

Why should Americans continue to support a party that doesn't understand the current situation?

PLEASE EXPLAIN IT TO US

Enough is enough. Adelita Grijalva was elected on September 23. The people of Arizona have a right to be represented in Congress.

During today’s pro forma session, when the House is called to order I will seek unanimous consent to insist upon the swearing-in of Adelita Grijalva.

Monthly health care premiums doubling—or more—may not be "gut-wrenching" to Senators like Ron Johnson. But to most Americans, payments that used to be $772/month becoming $2,400/month is a BIG DEAL.
Ron Johnson: "I don't think this is going to be any kind of gut-wrenching problem if these enhanced subsidies just go away. We'll probably have the weather the lies told by the Democrats. Democrats say all sorts of things that are untrue."
Do members of Congress get free healthcare? Serious question
