My favorite mashup artist, DJ Cummerbund, announced last night that he's going to just prompt AI to make mashups next year instead of making them himself. Basically says that the data shows the general public prefer the AI content to what he did by hand, so he's going where the audience is.

I’ve decided I’ll finally be retiring from creating mashups at the end of this year.
It’s much easier (and far less time consuming) to prompt Suno to make AI covers of other songs in 30 seconds, so I’ll just be putting out that type of content starting in 2026 here and there (maybe). Seems like people really like that kind of thing for whatever reason (which is totally fine).
It’s been an amazing ride, and thank you all for supporting over the past 12 years!

ICE asked to search, the son said yes, told them to wait while he put the dog in the bathroom. They asked for the sons ID, he went outside to get it and ICE started snooping and opened the bathroom door and then shot the dog.

Never cooperate without a warrant.
