We've gone from corrupt law enforcement blocking their cameras to avoid repercussions, to them recording on their own device to be rewarded.
I wrote this before the new video was released today. But I think it's an important question.

The way it was filmed, the switching hands, and the fact that it was not immediately deleted tells us all we need to know about who "leaked" it.
