At least one other person, who identified herself on social media as Kat Abughazaleh, a former journalist also running for Congress, landed on the ground during that same protest after she was pushed by a federal law enforcement agent in a camouflage uniform wearing a full face covering, sunglasses and a helmet, video by CNN affiliate WBBM showed.

BREAKING: Our client Mario Guevara, an Emmy-winning journalist detained by ICE in retaliation for livestreaming law enforcement activity, will be deported tomorrow to El Salvador.

Mario and his family are being punished for his reporting. This cruelty is meant to stifle our free press.

Mario had the right to work and report in the U.S. at the time he was arrested for livestreaming a protest in June.

He was held for over 100 days in ICE detention, and he did not have the chance to say goodbye to his family in person before being deported.

Gov. Pritzker today called for the invocation of the 25th Amendment. Is it not time for you and colleagues to co-sign? His comportment and speech yesterday at Quantico were badly substandard for a CinC, calling for the military to use our cities as training grounds for war. We cannot have this.
